If you're unsure whether to meditate or head out for dinner on a Tuesday night, why not do both?
We welcome you to “Mindful Supper”, a journey designed by former buddhist monk Hendrick Dhammakamo (aka ‘DK’) to help individuals experience inner transformation through the practices of meditation, self reflection and healthy, mindful eating.
To guide you into a profound journey of silence, inner illumination and consciousness awakening, the session will start off with a check-in and introduction, followed by doses of wisdom and a guided meditation. This will set the tone for the rest of the evening as with wholesomely indulge in a '4-elements of nature' private dining experience prepared by "Fork In The Jungle".
It's mindful eating with a spiritual twist!
Prepare to engage all six of your senses as you savour each dish and stay present in the moment. We are familiar with wine pairing, but what about consciousness pairing?
Whether you want to takeaway nuggets of wisdom or new friendships, there'll be a chance to mingle towards the end of the session!
This meticulously curated journey includes not only a menu designed to tantalise your taste buds, but also massage your consciousness with pure curiosity and joy!
